Reasonable inventory can save resources for the enterprise, on the contrary, excess inventory will cause the enterprises inventory backlog, the impact of the enterprises inventory level and profitability, etc.. For the apparel industry, inventory is more important. From the industry point of view, the apparel industrys inventory level is indeed amazing. If there is a problem in the sales process, the enterprise will suffer huge losses. Therefore, inventory management has become a key issue. In this paper, the theory of inventory management is used to study the small and medium-sized garment enterprises in our country. Combined with theory research and case analysis method, and referring to the domestic and foreign research present situation, summarizes the problems of the inventory management, introduces the concept and functions of inventory and inventory management, summarizes the current situation of small and medium-sized garment enterprises inventory management.
