However，external demands are not as strong as they were before the global financial crisis in 2008. Faced up with the setbacks in export and the cost rise of manual labor，China’s manufacturing industry can not keep the previous developing mode of low cost and high energy consumption. The only outlet for enterprises is a brand new way characterized by technological innovation which makes it possible for the upgrading and transformation of enterprises to meet with increasingly fierce international competitions. Under these circumstances，the urgent issues for enterprises include: how to improve the technological innovation ability? How to evaluate and monitor the outcome and dynamics of technological innovation inside the enterprise? Therefore，the thesis focuses on the research into the evaluation and application of technological innovation inside the enterprises.Firstly，the thesis studies and analyzer literature concerning enterprise technological innovation from home and abroad，on the basis of which the thesis defines the connotation and constitution of technological innovation ability in home appliance industry.
