This article not only introduces the basic concept and principle of microcomputer control system of grinding machine, but also designs a control system hardware and software implementation method and implementation process based on C8051F020 singlechip machine computer. Finally we complete the main functions and the main technical indicators after debugging. The main functions we except the grinding machine computer control system to achieve includes : human-computer interaction , grinding machine can complete the grinding on the workpiece automatically according to the parameter given by the operator 。The processing efficiency improves a lot than in the past and the quality of the grinding workpiece is very good. The hardware includes: the main control circuit, interface circuit for collecting signals, the proximity switch circuit, button and interface circuit. the serial port communication circuit. As the whole realization process ,we take C8051F020 as the main control core, the chip ZLG7290 as auxiliary, sample the input single from time to time through the analog-to-digital converter, after whitch we get a bunch of data flow,then bus signal transmission to chip ZLG7290 through IIC , signal through the controller achieve the digital storage and display function and function keys. At the same time, the collected signal will control the drive part to control the grinding wheel to realize the standard grinding of the workpiece. The software part includes: main program module, display module, drive control module and key module.
