本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：硬币自动选别包装机设计 院 系： 机械工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 2016年 5月 摘 要 硬币是每个国家的金融体系中不可或缺的一部分，在日常交易中几乎是无处不在的。它尺寸均匀，容易识别，不易磨损，可较长时间流通。但是，随着时代发展和科技的进步，硬币也越来越表现出了一些问题。第一，硬币与纸币相比，纸币更轻，硬币很难储存和运输；第二，大量的硬币处理是非常复杂的，费时费力的手工清点，造成的结果是银行增加库存成本和清点费用，直接损害了广大公众的利益；第三，非法分子将游戏币用于市场，使汽车公司造成巨大损失。国外的硬币处理机很早开始研究，但是设备很大，而且价格非常贵。本文将通过对国内外硬币处理设备进行分析，通过调查，比较各种分类的原则，最后建立了整体的机械系统，完成初步的工程设计和整体方案规划。 关键词：硬币，设计，自动包装机 Abstract Coins are an integral part of the financial system in every country, and are almost ubiquitous in everyday transactions. It is uniform size, easy to identify, not easy to wear, can be a longer period of circulation. However, with development of times science and technology, coins are also getting more and more show some problems. First, compared to the coins and bank notes, lighter notes, coins are difficult to store and transport; second, the large number of coins is very complex, time-consuming to manually count, caused by the result is to increase the cost of inventory for the banks, and inventory costs, the direct damage to the interests of the general public; third, illegal elements will be in the games market, and not a real coin, company car caused huge losses. Foreign coin processor is very early to study, through the analysis of domestic and foreign coin processing equipment, through the investigation, comparison of various classification principles, and finally established the overall mechanical system and electrical control system. So as to make the overall technical scheme of the automatic packaging machine, complete the preliminary engineering design.
