采矿工程阳煤一矿2.4Mta新井设计.doc

摘要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为Mt/a新井设计。位于山西省市西交通便利井田走向（）长约10km倾向（）长约6.7km井田总面积为47.8km2。主采煤层为15号煤，平均倾角为3°，煤层平均为6.91m。井田地质条件较为简单井田工业储量为Mt，矿井可采储量t。矿井涌水量不大，矿井正常涌水量为64m3/h，最大涌水量为140m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量较，为瓦斯矿井。 阳煤一矿设计年生产能力为2.4Mt/a，服务年限为93a。矿井年工作日为30d，井田为开拓。大巷采用胶带运输机运煤，辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车设备。矿井通风方式为式通风。一般部分共包括10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征2.井田境界和储量3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限4.井田开拓5.准备方式-区巷道布置6.采煤方法7.井下运输8.矿井提升9.矿井通风与安全技术10.矿井技术经济指标。专题部分题目是。翻译部分主要内容Extra-thick seam caving gas emission laws and comprehensive management（特厚煤层综放开采瓦斯涌出规律及综合治理）。 关键词：新井设计 放顶煤 支架适应性 ABSTRACT This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part. The general part is a new design of yangquan mine. Yangquan mine lines in northwest of yangquan in ShangXi province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 10 km ,the width is about 6.7 km，well farmland total area is 47.8 km2.The fifteen is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 3 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 6.91m. The proved reserves of the minefield are 459.33 million tons. The recoverable reserves are312.52 million tons. The normal flow of the mine is 64 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 140 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal higher, for high gas mineral well. Coal doesnt contain Bang risk. The designed productive capacity is 2.4 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 93 years. The working system “two nine-one six ” is used in the yangquan mine. It produced 330d/a. The well farmland is a single level in an inclined well to expand. The level elevation is +712 m. The ventilated way under shaft is parallel ventilation. The colliery adopts coal method is the alignment long the wall synthesizes to mechanize to adopt once the all and high method mines.
