PAGE  PAGE 8 毕节学院大学生法律素养问题调查研究 摘　要： 现代社会的今天，必备的法律素养已成为当代大学生立足社会的基本要件。毕节学院作为“毕节试验区”唯一的一所全日制综合性普通本科院校，其培育的大学生以后择业的途径主要是在“毕节试验区”。可以说，试验区的大学生为试验区经济的振兴、文化的发展、社会管理秩序的维护起到了不可替代作用。然而，通过调查发现，学院部分学生的法律素养还比较贫瘠：法律知识欠缺，法律意识淡薄。因此，面对法制教育课程整合和课时减少的新情况，怎样完善学院大学生法制教育，努力探索学院法制教育的有效途径和方法，从某种程度上讲，直接决定着“依法治国”的社会主义现代化目标在 “毕节试验区”的有效实现，对推动试验区的法制进程，建设社会主义和谐社会，都将产生积极而深远的影响。 关键词： 大学生；法律素养；调查研究 Bijie university student law accomplishment question investigation and study Abstract: Modern societys today, the necessary legal accomplishment has become the contemporary university student to base on societys basic important document. As the Bijie pilot area an only university - Bijie institute, the way which its cultivation university student later chooses profession mainly is in the Bijie pilot area. It can be said that, the pilot area university student for the pilot area economy promotion, the cultural development and the maintenance of social management order has not been possible to substitute the function. However, through investigation discovery, partial university students legal accomplishment also quite barren: The legal knowledge is short of, legal consciousness is light. Therefore, facing the new situation which reorganized the law education curriculum and reduced the teaching class hour, how consummates the university student education in respect for the law, diligently explores my school education in respect for the law the effective way and the method, says from some kind of degree, directly was deciding our country legally rules a nation socialism modernization goal in Bijie pilot area effective realization, to impelling the pilot area the legal system advancement and the construction socialism harmonious society, all will have positive and the profound influence.
