精品论文 参考文献 轮机专业大学生急救知识与技能调查 朱显婷 蒋娜 方成（通讯作者） 　　(武汉轻工大学医学技术与护理学院 430023) 　　【摘要】目的 了解轮机专业大学生对急救知识与技能的掌握状况。方法 调查对象为一次性通过国家海事局急救理论及操作考试后约一年半时间的武汉理工大学轮机工程专业大学生，随机抽取100名问卷调查常见急救知识与技能掌握情况，并与普通大学生比较。结果 轮机专业大学生急救知识与技能总体知晓率为66.1%。对比相同问题的调查情况，轮机专业大学生急救技能知晓率为69.8%，优于普通大学生14.6%；轮机专业大学生急救知识知晓率为67.2%，与普通大学生69.9%相比无优势。有34.7%的轮机专业大学生表示在危难时有信心使用曾学过的急救技能，优于普通大学生7.8%。结论 一次性通过国家海事局组织的急救理论及操作考试后约一年半的轮机专业大学生，处???急症的技能和信心优于普通大学生，但仍需巩固急救知识，增强急症处置的信心。 　　【关键词】 轮机专业 大学生 急救 　　【中图分类号】R472.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）10-0147-03 　　 　　 The Investigation on First-aid Knowledge and Skills of College Students in Marine Engineering 　　ZHU XianTing, JIANG Na, FANG Cheng (College of health science and Nursing, Wuhan polytechnic University, Wuhan 430023, China) 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the first-aid knowledge and skills of college students in marine engineering. Methods: A random sample of 100 students in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, who had passed the first-aid theory and operation examination organized by National Maritime Bureau (NMB) for about 1.5 years was surveyed for the first-aid knowledge and skills, and the comparison with common college students was made. Results: The total awareness rate of first-aid knowledge and skills of students in marine engineering was 66.1%. As those same questions, the awareness rate of marine engineering students was 69.8% in knowledge while the rate of common students was 14.6%; the awareness rate of marine engineering students in skills was 67.2% and wasnrsquo;t superior to 69.9% in common students. 34.7% of marine engineering students claimed that they have confidence in providing emergency first-aid, as this figure was 7.8% in common students. Conclusion: The students who had passed the first-aid theory and operation examination organized by NMB for about 1.5 years were more skilled and confident on first-aid than common students.
