CEA、CA125等肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值 【摘要】目的：探讨癌胚抗原（carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA）、糖类抗原125（carbohydrate antigen 125,CA125）、细胞角蛋白19片段21-1（cytokeratin 19 fragments,CYFRA21-1）、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（neuron-specific enolase,NSE）以及鳞状上皮细胞癌相关抗原（squamous cell carcinoma antigen,SCC）五种肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法：随机选择2014年1月至2015年5月我院呼吸科就诊的肺癌患者102例、肺良性疾病65例以及同期我院体检健康者80例作为研究对象。所有研究对象均于空腹下由统一专业的检验科医务人员抽取5mL外周静脉血置于真空采集管中，然后以3000r/min的速度离心10 min。结果：肺癌组患者CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE及SCC检测阳性率均显著高于肺良性疾病患者、正常组，P0.05；5种肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断肺癌的敏感度（91.53%）显著高于CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE及SCC单项检测敏感度（52.49%、41.41%、52.03%、56.48%、20.07%），P0.05。结论：CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE及SCC在肺癌的临床诊断与分型中均具有一定价值，5项肿瘤标志物的联合检测可以显著提高其敏感性。 关键词：肺癌；肿瘤标志物；联合检测。 The Value of Combined Detection of Tumor Markers such as CEA and CA125 in Diagnosis of Lung Cancer ABSTRACT Objective:To study the value of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), cytokeratin 19 fragments (CYFRA21-1), neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC) to the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:102 cases of lung cancer patients, 65 cases of lung cancer, cases of lung benign diseases and 80 cases of healthy persons were randomly selected from the department of respiration of our hospital between January 2014 to May 2015.5ml peripheral venous blood was extracted from every research object into the vacuum collecting tube by the medical staff of the uniform professional inspection department on the condition of fasting,then made the blood ?centrifugalized at the speed of 3000r/min for 10 minutes.After the centrifugalization,detected all indicators according to the kit instructions, recorded and analyzed the test results with the statistical method.Results:The positive rates of SCC, NSE, CA125, CYFRA21-1 and CEA of patients in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in other two groups,P0.05;the sensitivity of five tumor markers combined detection for the diagnosis of lung cancer (91.53%) was significantly higher than each one of C
