摘要 办公自动化管理系统主要是对企业内部办公自动化进行管理的系统。随着网络信息化得发展，信息的大量涌入让企业在信息处理方面应接不暇，传统的办公模式、对信息的处理办法，早已不能满足企业对信息快速、准确的处理的要求。从传统的办公模式向自动化办公管理模式转变，提高企业的信息处理能力，以增强企业的市场竞争力，成了企业发展过程中继续结果的问题。因此，为企业开发一个办公自动化管理系统软件是非常必要的。 经过详细分析，所以本系统决定采用PHP(PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor)程序语言，使用Apache, Dreamweaver工具和MySQL数据库来完成本次设计。本系统前台功能包括了对企业信息管理，企业绩效管理，员工的考勤管理，个人计划管理，审核批示管理，后台功能包括了部门的管理，职员管理，用户权限管理和系统用户管理。ABSTRACT Office automation management system for small and medium enterprises mainly manages the internal office automation systems. As the development of Netwok informationizes,enterprise is busy to dealing with the information when it access to the enterprise in a mass.Traditional Office Model,the method of dealing with information,is no long to satisfy the requirement of enterprise to handle the information quickly and accurately. From the traditional Office model to the automation of office management model,improving the ability of dealing with information,which can enhance market competitiveness,and becomes the chief issue in the enterprise development After analysis, we decided to use PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, Apache, Dreamweaver tools and MySQL database to complete the design. This system is mainly a function including classification and technical framework to develop web pages. Features include a front-to-business information management, enterprise performance management, employee attendance management, personal planning management, audit management and staff instructions world,. Back-office functions includes the management of departments, staff management, user’s rights management and user management system. It changes the enterprise business model to management style from the traditional manual management system.
