摘 要： “电大考试管理系统”的设计，是基于这样一个实际的需求：电大是电大四级管理体制中的基层办学实体，即承担着实施上级电大制定的教学计划，又要完成具体的教学及管理业务，而考试管理是其中的一大任务，既繁琐又要细致的工作，尤其对日益凸现的自主化学习趋势的管理，迫切需要一个适合电大实际过程的、能针对不同类型学习者实现远程考试管理的综合管理平台。 本设计采用模块化设计的原则，设计的十个主要功能模块，基本上涵盖了电大考务管理的内容，增加和丰富了具有电大特色的管理功能。 本设计同时采用C/S和B/S模式，适应了不同层次、不同类型考生管理的不同需要，整个设计理念具有一定的先进性和开放性。 在用户权限分配控制和系统数据的可靠性上，本设计也做了较周密的考虑。对系统较好的安全性、容错性和软件的健壮性的追求，亦是本设计的特点。 作为来源于实际需求的毕业设计课题，本设计对电大的考务管理业务有较强的实用性。 关键词：考试管理 数据库 网上报考 Abstract： “TV University Examination Administration System” is designed on the practical need: TV universities, the basic entity of the administration system of TV universities, bear the task to implement the teaching plans set up by the TV university and fulfill the concrete teaching and administration duties, among which examination administration is the major duty, which both is trivial and demands carefulness. To administrate the emerging studying by oneself needs urgently a comprehensive administration platform meeting the needs of distant examination administration facing different types of learners in the practical teaching process in universities. The design adopts the principle of modularization. The ten major modules basically covers all the aspects of the TV university’s examination administration, adding and enriching the administrative functions with TV university’s characteristics. The design adopts both C/S and B/S module, meeting the different needs to administrate the examination candidates of different levels and types. It is of certain advancement and openness. As for the users’ authority assignment control and the reliability of the system’s data, this design takes much into consideration. Another characteristic of this design is to pursue better security and fault-tolerance of the system and to pursue the stability of the software. As a graduation-designing subject on the basis of a practical need, this design boasts of great practicalities in the examination administration of TV universities.
