毕 业 论 文 北海电子科技有限公司人才激励机制研究  中 文 摘 要 人才是一种非常重要的资源，在全球的化的环境下，企业之间的竞争就是人才之间的竞争。因此，如何激励人才，如何发挥人的积极性、主动性成为每个企业必修的课题之一。一个企业的人才激励机制直接体现了该企业的管理水平，并且对该企业的业绩起决定性的作用好的人才机制可以使得企业内部环境和谐以及富有活力，并且对公司的盈利有着很大的作用，充分地发挥人才的作用。所以说，研究人才激励机制是每个企业必修的课题，也是企业能否存活在这个社会的一个重要的保证。本文以北海电子科技有限公司为例，分析了人才激励存在的问题，并深入探讨了人才激励的对策，旨在通过研究看清问题所在以及可行的解决方法，让企业更好地发挥出人才的积极作用。 关键词 人才 激励机制  Abstract Talent is a very important resource, in the global change environment, competition among enterprises is the competition between people.
