毕业设计 题 目 港务局办公楼 学 院 专 业 班 级 学 生 学 号 指导教师 二〇一六年月日  该设计虚拟建筑物位于天津市南开区，场地类型属于II类，防火等级为2级，抗震设防类别为丙类建筑，设计基准期为50年。经过对建筑物使用要求、建筑高度以及抗震要求的综合考虑，现决定采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架－剪力墙结构作为建筑物的结构体系。该虚拟建筑物的占地面积为1650m2，建筑面积为10125m2，层数为10层。底层层高为4.8m，二层及以上层高为3.4m，建筑总高度为35.4m，室内外高差为0.6m。该建筑物坐北朝南，主导风向为西南风。地处城市主干道，交通便利，在设计时需考虑与周边商业区以及建筑物的环境相协调，建成后的配套设施以及绿化面积满足建筑物的各项指标要求。 该虚拟建筑物的屋面板设置为120mm，楼面板设置为100mm；框架梁选用两种截面形式，分别为以及，次梁选用的截面形式；框架柱选用两种截面形式，分别是中柱选用，以及边柱选用 ；剪力墙的截面厚度设置为250mm。港务局办公楼所有楼层的梁板均使用标号为C30的混凝土进行施工,柱以及剪力墙使用标号为C35的混凝土施工。梁板柱采用钢筋。 关键词： 高层建筑；框架-剪力墙度；设计 ABSTRACT The design virtual buildings located in the Tianjin Nankai District, site type is a Class II, Class 2 fire rating, seismic design category for the Class C buildings, the design basis for 50 years.
