一线科研教师参与本科基础课程教学的问卷调查分析 　　[摘要]目的 了解本科学生对一线科研型教师参与本科基础课教学的满意程度，分析一线科研人员参与本科教学的优势与不足，讨论相关的改进方法与建议。方法 采用问卷调查方法对2016年3～12月上海交通大学医学院基础医学院的332名本科学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果 调查结果显示，学生反应的问题主要存在于以下5个方面：课堂所涉及的科学前沿知识难以掌握（46%）；教学大纲的执行存在??题（26%）；课堂知识的连贯性不够（31%）；课堂所涉及的参考书目及材料存在问题（16%）；改进考试方式（63%）。结论 一线科研教师参与本科生教学具有其特有的优势，但是其客观的工作性质也导致部分问题的发生。一线科研教师应当更多地站在学生的角度上了解学生的困难，针对这些问题做出相应的改进。 　　[关键词]一线科研型教师；本科基础课程；问卷调查分析；教学特色 　　[中图分类号] R642 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）03（b）-0176-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To understand the degree of satisfaction of undergraduate student to front-line scientific research teachers in the undergraduate basic course teaching，to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of front-line scientific research teachers in the undergraduate course，and in order to provide some improvement suggestions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 332 undergraduate students in the School of Basic Medical Sciences of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from March to December in 2016.Results The results showed that five major problems were raised by the students：the scientific knowledge of the classroom was difficult to master （46%）；there were problems in the implementation of the syllabus （26%）；the coherence of classroom knowledge was not enough （31%）；the bibliography and materials involved in the class were problematic （16%）；the examination method should be improved （63%）.Conclusion Front-line scientific research teachers have their unique teaching characteristic and advantage in undergraduate education，but its objective nature of the work also led to the occurrence of some problems.Front-line scientific research teachers should be pay more attention to the student′s point of view to understand the difficulties of students，to make appropriate improvements to these problems. 　　[Key words]Front-line scientific research teacher；Undergraduate basic course；Questionnaire survey analysis；Teaching characteristic 　　近年来，国内各大高校纷纷大力引进海外高水平科研人才。海外科研“大牛”的到来有力地增强了高校科研力量，提高了相应
