Servo system is the important composition part of a CNC machine tool, its performance directly affects the performances of CNC machine tool such as precision, speed and reliability. Control system Any control system can be represented,with an input reference signal，speed reference for example, a transfer function G and an output. For the system to be ideal, the transfer function G would be a simple constant, so that the output is proportional to the reference with no delay.
