NOTES XLRhizo™ is a set of macros which run in Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010 or 2013. These add root analysis and graphic commands to Excel’s standard commands for analysis of data files produced by WinRHIZO (Basic, Reg, Pro and Arabidopsis but not Tron). In order to make this manual easier to read, the following conventions are used: • Menu commands are described as Menu name/Command name . For example, the “Open WinRHIZO Data File” command of the “XLRhizo” menu is written XLRhizo/Open WinRHIZO Data File. • The term sheet is equivalent to worksheet (of an Excel workbook).
