Dalian University of Light Industry, Dalian 116024, China) Abstract ：The simulation about the whole scene of product line of beer is constructed based on studying the process of producing beer, simulation technology and experiment, making use of flash 8.0 as the platform. The parameter-design is provided, the main way of constructing is discussed, including the communication technique between flash and XML, passing data between documents of SWF, temperature control by several parameters, information-tracing and information-feedback etc. The simulative product line constructed adapts for professional technique education and training personnel, achieved excellent training effect.
