花键轴数控加工 摘 要 数控技术（数字控制技术）在制造业的广泛运用，使当今的制造业生产面貌焕然一新，通过毕业设计能使我们熟练掌握数控加工零件的编程技术，掌握设计机床用夹具的基本原理和方法，能根据加工要求设计出相应的产品，提高结构设计能力。 花键轴零件在现代生活中占据十分重要和不可忽视的地位，它的数控生产加工工艺对于我们熟练掌握运用数控编程等相关技术有很大的帮助。为此我在所学数控基础知识和原有的加工工艺设计基础上对花键轴零件的数控加工等工艺作出阐述，希望通过对此设计能使我们在数控技术应用和产品的加工方面得到一定的经验。 本文详细的论述了数控加工技术在加工花键轴零件中的加工工艺，通过对被加工零件的工艺分析，道具选择，车削的工装，工艺卡片的制订，数控编程时应注意的问题等运用数控技术加工花键轴零件，使自己在数控技术运用方面得到一次较为全面、系统的训练，基本上达到了灵活运用数控技术加工各种零件，掌握数控编程和数控机床操作的目的。 关键词：机械制造，加工工艺，轴Axis NC Machining Spline Graduation ABSTRACT CNC technology (digital control technology) widely used in the manufacturing sector, the new look of todays manufacturing output, through the graduate design enables us to master the programming of CNC machining parts, machine tools designed fixture to master the basic principles and methods that can according to the processing requirements of the appropriate product design, improve design capabilities. I learned this basic knowledge of CNC machining process design and the original based on the spline shaft and other parts of the CNC machining process to elaborate the hope that through this design enables us to CNC technology and products in the processing of a certain experience.
