摘 要 随着国民经济的发展，超市在国民经济中的地位越来越高，其发挥的作用也在日益扩大。中国超级市场的发展，成为一场中国流通领域真正的革命，它促进了我国就业水平的提高，缓解了政府的就业压力，因此得到了政府大力支持。同时，超市的发展也加快了产品结构的调整，为政府贡献了大量的税收，提高了人员的素质和国际竞争能力，促进了现代物流等其他配送行业的发展，甚至对整个第三产业的发展也起到了推动作用。人人乐超市的总部位于深圳，全名称为人人乐连锁商业集团股份有限公司。该企业于2010年实现了最高战略目标——股票上市，为企业实行积极的扩张政策提供资金支持，增加了企业的知名度，增强了企业自身的竞争力。本文在叙述、肯定了超市行业在国民经济中的地位和作用的同时，通过对人人乐超市西安东门店的实地调查和研究，简要说明了人人乐东门店的现状，简单分析了该超市的基本概况、经营特点及管理信息系统，重点对该超市的经营水平进行分析，提出了就该超市而言目前的经营优势及消费市场上存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出了个人的想法及应对策略。虽然东门店是个分店，但年销售收入竟达到三四千万，而且利润率也高于行业平均利润率，毛利率也达到20.88%，说明该企业战略正确、经营有方，有较强的盈利能力，如果能持续进行经营的改进提高，必将在国民经济中继续发挥重要的作用。 关键词：超市，经营，信息系统，建议 ABSTRACT Along with the national economy development, the supermarket is more and more high in national economy status, its display function day by day is also expanding.
