For Immediate Release British Airways welcomes its new Chengdu route with great deals Experience the UK and Europe with fantastic fares from CNY 2,280 Chengdu, July 1, 2013 – As British Airways prepares to inaugurate its direct flights services from Chengdu to London, it today introduced special fares to encourage more Chinese travellers to make use of the new service and experience the best of the UK and Europe. The attractive return fares from Chengdu to the UK or Europe announced start from:  CNY 2,280 in World Traveller economy class;  CNY 6,880 in World Traveller Plus premium economy class;  CNY 18,880 in Club World business class;  CNY 48,880 in First class. Tickets are on sale at only from July 1 to July 31, 2013, and are valid for travel between September 23, 2013 and March 31, 2014. The thrice-weekly direct service from Chengdu to London will be operated by British Airways from September 23, 2013. Customers will fly into BA’s state-of-the-art home at London Heathrow Terminal 5 where they have the option of transferring to one of eight UK destinations (Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Newcastle or Jersey) or one of 18 European countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland).
