中 文 摘 要 本次设计的任务是用catia绘制数控机床同时完成各个部件的虚拟拆装。 设计的主要内容：首先是拆下了数控机床的所有零件，并对这些零件进行了测绘，对不能直接测出的参数进行了反算。其次在计算机上绘制出所有的零件，同时完成这些零件的装配 ，制作组件的虚拟拆装动画和生成组件的爆炸图。然后用flash制作了数控机床的控制面板，实现了控制部分的虚拟控制动画。最后用frontpage制作了组件的网页；网页上包括组件的爆炸图，组件上各零件的名字和相应的图片，并且在零件的名字上进行了超联接。对于想要看零件具体结构的同学，只要单击零件的名字就能在catia中打开相应的零件。 在整个设计过程中，在指导教师戴文跃院长和其它同学的热心帮助下，本次设计顺利完成。这次设计让我获益非浅，我不仅系统学习了catia、flash和frontpage，而且温习了过去学习的知识。在这里我衷心的感谢那些帮助过我的老师和同学，并且欢迎各位同学和老师对我作品中的不足之处提出宝贵的意见，谢谢。 Abstract My design task is that I draw a numerical control machine tool by the software called ‘catia’ and subjunctively unseal and assemble all of the subassemblies. The design content is that the first ,I unsealed all parts of the numerical machine tool and I measured them.For those parameters were not directly measured ,I got them through inverse calculation.Then I drawed all parts of the numerical control machine tool in a computer ,assembled the parts, subjunctively unsealed and assembled all of the subassemblies and made 3-D explosive drawings.Then I made the control board of the numerical control machine tool by ‘flash’ software,so that you could the subjunctive animation in a computer. At last I made the web pages of the subassemblies.The web pages include 3-D explosive drawings of subassemblies,part names and their pictures,at the same time hyperlinked their names.For the students who want to see the entire part ,they can open the part in the ‘catia’ only by single-clicking its name . In the process of designing,the design task has been smoothly finished with the help of the director Dai wenyue and other students.I has got many knowledge through the design.I not only systematically studied ‘catia’,’flash’,and ‘frontpage’,but also got over the past knowledge.Here,I heartily thank for the teachers and students who have ever helped me.And I expect teachers and students to give some advice to the shortcomings of my designing .
