摘 要 建筑是什么?答案从来众说纷纭。然而，不论说建筑是空间、还是场所，或是别的什么，大家都有这样的共识：建筑绝不只是一个房子，绝不只是一个物质的壳，它还必须包含有与人类生活密切相关的社会意义、经济意义、精神与情感意义、文化意义等等。因此，建筑学从古到今一直是一门综合性的学科，兼有自然科学、社会科学、工程和美学等多种学科专业的知识特征。同时，随着社会发展，其内容和知识结构还在不断拓展，“人居环境”观念的兴起就是一个新的标志。 另一方面，建筑活动本身也是一项扩散性很强的社会经济活动，“建筑物之设计和建造是在复杂的社会、政治网络中实现的”，因此，建筑与它所在城市的社会、政治、经济、文化背景之间有着割舍不掉的、千丝万缕的联系。本世纪后半叶以来建筑界出现的“回归城市”、“城市中的建筑”等思潮，就是对这个基本事实的一种重新认识。 在做好商住楼方案设计的同时，对其节能设计的要求也不容忽视。自1973年世界能源危机以来，各国都十分重视节约能源的问题，兴起了世界性的节能运动，并把节能称为五大能源之一，与煤炭、石油、天然气、水电四大常规能源相提并论。我国能源利用率不高，全国建筑能耗占全国总能耗的30%，建筑节能的潜力很大。所谓建筑能耗，是指建筑在使用过程中的能量消耗，主要包括采暖、通风、空调、照明、炊事燃料、家用电器和热水供应等能耗，其中以采暖和空调能耗为主。作为耗能大户的建筑，节约能源将是其今后发展的必然趋势。 关键词：商住楼 现代城市设计 建筑节能 节能设计 Abstract Architecture is what?
