Therefore, for sewage treatment in a timely and effective manner is imminent. Industrial wastewater as an important source of water pollution, effectively dealing with industrial wastewater is the key to solve the problem of water pollution. Now, our sewage treatment system automation level is generally low, the efficiency and safety is not high also. Sewage treatment control system of data communication, control and management of aeration process is important problem to solve. Sewage treatment control system in our country is relatively backward, resulting in the processing cost is high, and the sewage treatment plant sewage effluent water quality is not stable. Therefore, the establishments of efficient automatic control system reduce operation cost, optimal operation effect, which is of great significance. PLC controller with its mature technology, reliability, versatility, strong anti-interference ability, easy maintenance, high cost performance advantages of get more and more in industrial control applications. This paper mainly introduces the sewage treatment plant automatic control system technology and related processes, control system hardware structure, resource allocation, software design, working principle and the basic principle and steps of design of PLC control system, to illustrate how to use PLC to realize automatic control.
