And for workpiece sorting under industrial production, put forward self demand. For this reason, this design researches for the control system of workpiece automatic sorting; analyses hardware system of the control system of workpiece automatic sorting such as executive system and drive system; introduces the working principle of primary elements; mainly researches for PLC control system, including distributing I/O table, designing PLC external circuit connection diagram, writing PLC program. By means of on-line debug, achieve automatic sorting to two different colors of workpieces, meanwhile monitor workpiece sorting process with KingView software.
