教育信息化与高等教育改革的探讨 【摘要】知识经济时代，信息是解读时代的钥匙，信息技术的发展正在改变一切。教育要改革，教育信息化是关键。以教育信息化带动教育改革尤其是高等教育改革是教育发展的必然趋势。本文从教育信息化的定义、特征与作用出发，逐步深入探讨教育信息化与高等教育改革的内在关系，主要从教育信息化对高等教育观念、高等学校教学、高等教育制度三个大的方面的影响及相应的改革进行探讨，最后得出在教育信息化的影响下我国高等教育改革的几点启示。 【关键词】教育信息化 高等教育 教育改革 信息技术 高等学校 【作者简介】张天明(1981-)，男，湖北武穴人，黄冈师范学院教育技术系班学生。邮编： E-MAIL: tianming2001@ TEL: The Discussions of Education Informationization and High Educational Reform Author: Zhang TianMing Teacher: Li YuLin 【Abstract】 In era of knowledge economy, information is a key which understands the times, the development of the information technology is changing everything. Education should be reformed; the educational informationization is the key. It is an inexorable trend to carry out educational reform, especially the higher education informationization This thesis begins with the definition, the characteristics and the functions of education informationization, and then proceed to the further probe of inner links between education informationization and the reform of higher education, mainly from the influence of education informationization on three aspects and the corresponding reform they are the concept, the teaching and the system of higher education.
