精品论文 参考文献 高龄胆结石患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗的有效性和安全性分析 （四川省乐山市犍为县中医医院 四川乐山 614400） 　　【摘要】目的：对高龄胆结石患者开展腹腔镜手术治疗的效果以及手术治疗安全性进行调查。方法：抽选我院2015年4月-2016年4月间68例高龄胆结石患者，患者入院后采用数字随机分组的方式分为干预组和对照组，每组34例。干预组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组患者采用常规手术治疗。比较患者治疗效果，调查患者术后并发症发生率。结果：干预组患者手术切口长度为（0.9plusmn;0.1）cm、对照组为（5.4plusmn;1.3）cm；干预组患者术中出血量为（54.6plusmn;10.5）ml，对照组为（106.7plusmn;13.4）ml；干预组患者胃肠排气时间为（24.8plusmn;11.3）h，对照组为（39.7plusmn;10.5）h，比较具备统计学差异，P＜0.05。两组患者并发症发生率分别为2.9%、20.6%，比较具备统计学差异，P＜0.05。结论：高龄胆结石患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗的效果非常理想，患者手术安全性非常高。 　　【关键词】高龄胆结石患者；腹腔镜手术；安全性；有效性 　　【中图分类号】R615 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）26-0015-02 　　Efficacy and safety of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of elderly patients with gallstone 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in elderly patients with gallstone and safety of surgical treatment. Methods Selected in our hospital in April 2015 -2016 year in April 68 cases of elderly patients with gallstone, patients after admission by digital randomized divided into intervention group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The intervention by laparoscopy the surgical treatment of patients, the control group was treated with conventional surgical treatment. To compare the therapeutic effect of patients, and to investigate the incidence of postoperative complications.Results The length of incision for the patients in the intervention group (0.9plusmn;0.1) cm, the control group (5.4plusmn;1.3) cm; the intervention group patients with intraoperative blood loss (54.6plusmn;10.5) ml, the control group (106.7plusmn;13.4) ml; the intervention group of patients with gastrointestinal exhaust time (24.8plusmn;11.3) H control. Group (39.7plusmn;10.5) h, compared with statistical difference, Plt; 0.05. two group of patients with complication rate were 2.9%, 20.6%, compared with statistical difference, P lt; 0.05.Conclusion Elderly patients with gallstone treated by laparoscopy surgery effect is very good, very high security. 　　【Ke
