精品论文 参考文献 鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2在胰腺癌中的表达及可能机制 湖北省十堰市人民医院 湖北 十堰 442000 *通讯作者：师贞宗，1983年6月，男，硕士研究生，湖北，十堰市人民医院甲状腺乳腺外科，主治医师，微创外科，0719-8637000，szz21542@163.com 【摘要】目的：探讨胰腺癌组织中鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2(RhoGDI2)的表达与临床病理的关系及可能机制。方法：选择2004年6月至2014年6月期间60例胰腺癌患者为研究对象；取相邻的胰腺癌癌旁组织为对照组。检测RhoGDI2的表达，并对RhoGDI2的表达与胰腺癌临床病理进行统计学分析。结果：胰腺癌组织中RhoGDI2的表达水平高于癌旁组织，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；胰腺癌组织中RhoGDI2表达的阳性率(76.67%)显著高于癌旁组织(45.00%)，差异有统计学意义（chi;2=2.4918,P=0.0127）；胰腺癌组织中RhoGDI2的表达与病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小有显著相关性（Plt;0.05）。结论：RhoGDI2在胰腺癌中呈高表达；胰腺癌中RhoGDI2的表达参与了胰腺癌的发病、转移和进展。 【关键词】胰腺癌；鸟嘌呤核苷酸解离抑制因子2；病理；进展；机制 中图分类号: R737.11 文献标识码:A Expression of guanine nucleotide dissociation inhibitory factor 2 in pancreatic cancer and the meaning Dong Yuan,Shi Zhen-zhong. [Abstract] Objective:To study expression of guanine nucleotide dissociation inhibitory factor 2 in pancreatic cancer and the correlation with clinical pathology.Methods:Between June 2011 and June 2014,60 cases of pancreatic cancer patients were selected as the research object,and 40 cases of liver fibroma patients and 40 healthy people were selected as control group.The expression of RhoGDI2,and the correlation with clinical pathology in pancreatic cancer were made for statistical analysis.Results:RhoGDI2 expression level in pancreatic cancer tissues was higher than the tissue adjacent to carcinoma,and the difference was statistically significant(Plt;0.05);Positive rate(76.67%)of RhoGDI2 expression in pancreatic cancer tissue was significantly higher than tissue adjacent to carcinoma(45.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(chi;2=2.4918,P=0.0127).RhoGDI2 expression in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly correlated with pathological staging,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,tumor size(Plt;0.05).Conclusion:RhoGDI2 is highly expressed in pancreatic cancer;The expression of RhoGDI2 is involved in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer,metastasis and progress in pancreatic cancer.
