The quercetin was used to investigate the extraction process of flavonoids in flos lonicerae. The result showed that the ethanol concentration and the ethanol volume in the uniform test impacted the test mostly, and the best extraction process of flavonoids in flos lonicerae was obtained as following：temperature 75℃，time duration 30min，the concentration of ethanol 90%，the solvent consumption of ethanol 110mLa solid-to-liquid ratio 1/55). And the conclusion is that an extraction rate of 95.21% was achieved under these conditions.
