PEP小学英语五年级下学期第四单元《What are you doing?》教学设计 2 教学目标: 1. 通过阅读理解教材中的story time内容,2. 进一步了解英语现在进行时。 3. 掌握四会英语(听、说、读、写)句子:Grandpa is writing a letter. Brother is doing homework. Mom is cooking dinner in the kitchen. I am cleaning the room. He is writing an e-mail in the study. 4. 培养学生热爱劳动做家务的习惯 I’m doing ….(housework) 5. 让学生了解“go to bed early,6. get up early”早睡早起的好习惯。 3 教学重难点: Read and write中“英语现在进行时”的四会句子。 1 Mike: Hello. 2 Larry:Hello. This is Uncle Larry. How’s everybody doing? 3 Mike:Just fine.Grandpa is writing a letter. Brother is doing homework. Mom is cooking dinner in the kitchen. I am cleaning the room. 1 Larry:What about your dad? Can I speak to him,please? 2 Mike:Sure. Hold on please. He’s writing an e-mail in the study. Dad, there is a call for you. 1 Dad:I’m coming. Who’s that? 2 Mike:Uncle Larry. 3 Dad:Thank you. 4 教具: 多媒体课件,电脑投影机, 录音机, handouts 5 学生特点: 五年级的学生由于学了两年半英语,很多学生对教师在课堂上单纯的教跟读式的教学已经不感兴趣了。所以本课我通过让学生观看动画短片,小组合作进行英语TPR教学,调动学生的积极性。 6 教学过程: 7. Warming-up: 1) Daily English 2) Let’s chant on page 49. 8. Preview Let’s talk 9. Presentation 1) Story time: Watch the telephone dialogue movie twice Finish the handouts ( pairwork ) Teacher’s Explanations Watch the telephone dialogue movie again 2) Extension Movie (doing housework) Students watch the movie and finish the handouts by themselves. Check the correct answers 3) Read and Write 1) Listen to the tape of the dialogue on textbook twice. 2) Teacher explains the key sentence: How’s everybody doing? 3) Answer the questions from the students in the class. 4) Students read after the teacher. 5) Students read the dialogue by themselves. 6) Finish the sentences on textbook. Ss demonstrate on the blackboard. 7) Courseware presents the correct answers over the projector. 4. Reinforcement (Recite the 4 skilled sentences)
