河 南　科　技　学　院 届本科毕业论文 学生姓名：所在院（系）： 所学专业： 导师姓名： 完成时间：不同药物对仔猪黄痢病治疗效果的对比试验 摘 要 仔猪黄痢是目前养猪场广泛存在的疾病之一，本试验旨在通过头孢噻呋、恩诺沙星、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星四种药物对仔猪黄痢病治疗的比较，确定最佳治疗药物。试验选用某猪场发病后频临死亡且发病典型的未断奶仔猪80头，随机分成4组，每组20头，第一组受试仔猪用头孢噻呋，按每公斤体重0.15ml肌肉注射，每天一次，连用三天治疗；第二组受试仔猪用恩诺沙星，按每公斤体重0.15ml肌肉注射，每天一次，连用三天治疗；第三组受试仔猪用庆大霉素，按每公斤体重0.15ml肌肉注射，每天一次，连用三天治疗；第四组受试仔猪用氧氟沙星，按每公斤体重0.15ml肌肉注射，每天一次，连用三天治疗。结果表明：第一组治愈率为90%，第二组治愈率为70%，第三组治愈率为45%。第三组治愈率为55%。说明头孢噻呋对猪黄痢病的治疗效果最好，恩诺沙星次之，庆大霉素、氧氟沙星最差。 关键词：仔猪黄痢，头孢噻呋,恩诺沙星,庆大霉素,氧氟沙星 To study on the curative effect on the treatment of Piglets yellow dysentery with different?drugs Abstract Piglets yellow dysentery is presently one of commonly clinical disease in pig farm. In order to select the best curative medicine on Piglets yellow dysentery, the efficacy of four drugs, Ceftiofur, enrofloxacin, gentamicin, ofloxacin, were compared in this test. Eighty unweaned piglets, which were on the verge of death and had all the classic symptoms of Piglets yellow dysentery, were chosen and divided randomly into four groups, 20 piglets each group. The first group was treated with Ceftiofur, it was prescribed as subcutaneous injection at a dose of 0.15 ml/kg(wt) for three days. The second group was treated with enrofloxacin, it also was prescribed as subcutaneous injection at a dose of 0.15 ml/kg(wt) for three days. The third group was treated with gentamicin, it also was prescribed as subcutaneous injection at a dose of 0.15 ml/kg(wt) for three days. The fourth group was treated with ofloxacin, it also was prescribed as subcutaneous injection at a dose of 0.15 ml/kg(wt) for three days. The results indicated that the recovery rate was 90% in group one, 50% in group two and 15% in group three and 20% in group four, and the best curative medicine on Piglets yellow dysentery is Ceftiofur, enrofloxacin is second drug, gentamicin and ofloxacin are the worst.
