毕业论文—项目管理在汽车部件开发中运用分析.doc

摘 要 随着汽车产品的个性化、多样化、上市时间需求日益提高,产品开发成本等方面信息日趋透明,降低成本的压力不断上升,都刺激了汽车技术的快速发展、应用和更新,缩短开发周期,促使竞争环境日益激烈。 本文分析了汽车及零部件产业的发展现状和整车企业与零部件制造商的相互关系,指出了国内汽车零部件在项目管理和技术创新上亟待发展和提高,从而引入项目管理研究,论述了项目管理的理论、体系与方法,及其在中国和汽车( 整车和零部件) 产品开发中的应用和发展；并进一步分析了汽车及零部件产品开发的基本过程、分类与特点,通过案例分析了整车企业的产品开发阶段及具体要求,对汽车零部件企业的产品开发和项目管理的要求进行了分析与总结,总结讨论了汽车部件开发项目管理流程及方法,建立了汽车门禁系统的产品开发及项目管理办法,为相应企业的发展提供了体系基础和系统保障。 中国正在成为全球汽车零部件的生产供应基地。中国的零部件企业必须适应国际汽车制造商们产品开发体系和质量管理体系的要求,采用项目管理的科学方法,建立完善的质量保证体系、产品开发和项目管理体系,提高企业技术、自主开发能力与核心竞争。所以,对汽车及零部件产品开发的项目管理进行研究具有积极而又重要的意义。 关键词：项目管理,产品开发,汽车零部件 With the ever- increasing requirements of individuation, diversification, time-to-market, and cost reduction on auto motive product development, more and more new and high technology is applied in the auto motive industry with sharp competition. In this report, status woof auto and part/component industries is analyzed．Project management theory, system, methods and their application and development in the auto part industries and in China are introduced The process, phases, classification sand features of auto product development tare presented and summarized by cases along with their requirements on auto part supplies.
