摘 要 现在的求职需要到招聘地点，一天只能面试几个，负责面试的人也任务量大。通过这个系统找工作可以网上投简历，短时间投放多份简历。对于需要新人的公司，这个系统方便他们网上阅览求职者简历，减少了庞大工作量。所以这个选题非常有必要性。 该系统的开发工具是my eclipse，语言是jsp，数据库是MySQL。本文着重讨论了用ssh＋tomcat＋MySQL的技术和规范的软件工程开发流程，完成基于MVC模式的人才招聘系统的设计工作。 该系统分用户管理：个人用户、企业用户、管理员。个人用户模块包括注册，登陆，修改个人信息，填写简历，查看简历，浏览、查询招聘信息，职位收藏，发表留言功能。企业用户模块包括注册，登陆，修改个人信息，填写招聘信息，查看招聘信息，查询简历信息，简历管理，招聘信息管理，读取、回复、删除邮件，管理收藏夹，发表留言功能。管理员模块包括登陆，修改个人密码，招聘信息管理，用户管理，企业管理，管理新闻，留言管理等功能。本系统界面友好，操作方便。系统的实现改善了就业麻烦和繁琐的小细节，方便了求职方和招聘方，得到了大家的认可。 关键字：人才招聘；JSP；MySQL Abstract Todays job to recruitment sites, only one day to interview, the interviewer willflow.
