人力资源管理系统 摘 要 在社会经济迅猛发展的今天，各行业之间的企业竞争十分激烈，为了在企业竞争中脱颖而出，企业的领导人必须转变思想，勇于改革，重视企业的管理和运营。众所周知，企业管理是企业发展的基石，而企业管理的对象主要是企业的内部工作人员，为了使企业的人力资源被充分利用，大部分企业都设有人力资源部门来负责管理公司的办公人员。然而好的管理模式也要有一个好的管理工具，为此，我开发了一个人力资源管理系统来辅助企业进行人才资源分配。 现代办公已经走向了信息化和自动化，该人力资源管理系统是通过计算机开发出来的，针对企业进行人才管理的办公系统，它不仅方便了企业办公，而且提高了人力资源 的工作效率。 该论文详细介绍了人力资源管理系统的开发过程，其中包括了开发该系统的5个阶段：系统需求分析和可行性研究、系统功能分析和设计、程序设计和编写、系统的测试、项目总结和评估。 在设计当中，我们使用了现在广泛流行的B/S架构，使用SSH三大框架进行开发，使用EasyUI作为前端框架，使用Oracle数据库作数据源，设计了一款界面简洁明了，操作方便快捷，功能模块完善的人力资源管理系统。而且它的设计较为人性化，几乎适用于所有的人力资源管理，是一个通用型的人力资源管理系统。 关键词：人力资源管理系统，SSH框架，B/S模式，EasyUI前端框架 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ABSTRACT Today in the rapid development of social economy and enterprise competition between the industry is very fierce, to come to the fore in the competition of enterprises, corporate leaders must be thought transformation, bold reform, pay attention to the management and operation of enterprises.
