摘 要 随着现代信息技术的发展及其在高校教学领域中的广泛应用，借助网络丰富的信息资源进行教学已经成为现代高等教育提高教学质量的重要方式和手段，同时对不断推进教学资源的共建共享，逐步实现教学及管理的网络化和数字化具有重要的指导和实践意义。本论文通过查阅书籍，跟随我校相关专业上课以及观看网络视频教学来对两个主要网页制作软件Dreamweave和Photoshop进行细致而深入的学习。通过掌握图片的套索工具、导航器、图层使用、浮动面板、颜色调色板、图片特效等处理方法进行图片制作。通过学习网页制作中框架结构、文本框添加、超链接、特殊字符、等工具构造合理页面结构。实现了主页面制作以及机械工程技术基础资源平台、石油石化装置生产运行资源平台、石油石化设备设计资源平台、石化装备检修维修资源、装备检测及HSE体系运行资源平台、石化装备制造资源平台六项分平台的制作与链接。其中还增添了课程资源，主要通过Word文档转换成网页的方法，将四个实验以及题库以网页形式展现，添加链接，为本校学生以及教师查阅，学习，教学等方面提供便利有效途径。 关键词：资源共享平台；网络资源；网络化 Abstract Along with the development of modern information technology and the wide application of college teaching field, with the help of network information resource rich modern higher education teaching has become an important way of improving the quality of teaching and method, and to continue to promote teaching resources, gradually realize the co-construction and sharing of teaching and management of the Internet and digital has important guiding and practical significance. This paper studies carefully and thoroughly on the two main Webpage making software Dreamweaver and Photoshop though consulting books, following my school related professional classes and watching online videos teaching. Pictures make by mastering the lasso tool, navigator, using layers, the floating panel, color palette, image effects processing pictures. Make reasonable platform structures through the study of Web page structures, text box, hyperlinks, special characters, links and other tools. I complete the manufacture of homepage and the mechanical engineering technology resource platform, petroleum and petrochemical plant operating platform, petroleum and petrochemical platform designing resources, petrochemical equipment maintenance repair resources, equipment testing and running of HSE system resource platform, petrochemical equipment manufacturing resource platform six sub platform link with the productions.
