摘要行星减速器是采油螺杆泵采油系统中的重要组成部分，行星齿轮传动是根据行星轮系的工作原理来实现机械减速的。数字化设计技术是一种先进的设计技术，对这一技术的应用研究将有非常重要的意义。本研究主要是针对采油螺杆泵设计的减速器系统，在螺杆泵采油系统中由于采油电机输出功率大、输入转速高、输出转速低，要求采用传动比大，减速器体积小，而且扭矩大的减速器，而行星齿轮减速器由于输入轴与输出轴共线，径向结构紧凑，体积小，承载能力大；传动效率高；传动比较大；运动平稳，抗冲击和振动的能力较强，这样行星齿轮减速器能很好的满足上述要求。本文采油行星减速器采用2K-H类NGW型行星齿轮减速装置，可以降低井下动力输出轴的转速，以满足低速、大扭矩的要求。由于采用了内啮合结构，行星轮位于内、外齿轮之间，输入轴与输出轴又位于同一轴线上，使其结构非常紧凑。本文完成了减速器的设计及关键零部件校核以及SolidWorks三维仿真。关键词：行星减速器；2K-H；齿轮；solidworksAbstractPlanetary gear reducer is an important part of the screw pump oil production system, the planetary gear transmission is according to the working principle of the planetary gear train to achieve decelerating machinery. Digital design technology is an advanced design technology, the application of this technology research will have a very important significance.This study is mainly aimed at the design of screw pump for oil extraction speed reducer system, in the screw pump oil production system due to the oil motor output power and input speed is high, the output speed low, adopts the transmission ratio, deceleration device has the advantages of small volume, and the torque of reducer, planet gear reducer due to the input shaft and the output shaft are collinear, the radial structure is compact, small size, large carrying capacity; high transmission efficiency; transmission; smooth movement and resistance to impact and vibration ability. In this way, the planetary gear reducer can well meet the above requirements.In this paper, the production of planetary gear reducer with NGW 2K-H type planetary gear reducer, can reduce the power output shaft speed, in order to meet the low speed, high torque requirements. In addition, the planet wheel is arranged between the inner and outer gears, the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged on the same axis, and the structure is very compact.In this paper, the design of the reducer and the key parts checking and SolidWorks 3D simulation are completed.Keywords:planetary reducer; 2K-H; gear; SolidWork
