组合镗床右多轴箱以及夹具的设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计是对末端传动壳体卧式组合镗床右多轴箱和夹具的设计。多轴箱动力来自通用动力箱，与动力箱一起安装于进给滑台，在镗床夹具定位加紧下，来完成精镗孔加工工序。 在多轴箱的设计中，根据总体设计中的“三图一卡”绘出原始依据图，对孔和分析，然后选择主轴型式的选择，确定主轴上各部分零件的型号，根据转速要求选择动力箱。由驱动轴和主轴的位置选择合适的传动方案，确定手柄轴及油泵的位置，并绘制出多轴箱的总体装配图。设计的主要内容包括：确定主轴结构；确定齿轮模数；拟定传动系统；计算主轴、传动轴坐标；绘制坐标检查图；绘制多轴箱总图。 根据零件加工部位的尺寸、精度、表面粗糙度及技术要求，考虑到工件比较大且重的特点，此夹具采用从上至下气动加紧，定位元件采用手动伸缩式定位销装置，再综合各方面因素设计出夹具体的整体尺寸和结构。 关键词：卧式组合镗床,末端传动壳体,右多轴箱，夹具 DESIGN OF BORING COMBINATION MACHINE’S MULTI-AXLE BOX AND FIXTURE ABSTRACT The graduation design is to end the transmission shell horizontal combination boring right spindle box should and fixture design.
