CONTRACT Register No. This contract is made on the day of June,2001 by and between: a Corporation with limited liability organized and existing by virtue the laws of P.R.C with its legal address: wanxin building 6th floor dongcheng district Beijing P.R.C, represented herein by its ,hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, And China state Construction Decoration Engineering Company, a Corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the People’s Republic of China with legal Address: Hengjiezi 18 Lidian Chaoyang district, Beijing P.R.C, presented herein by its Liu Xiaoyi hereinafter simple referred to the “Contractor”.
