TheResearchofHirotaMethodandBellPolynomialonNonlinearPartialDifferentialEquationsAbstractAs oneof theimportanttopicofsoliton theory, theinvestigationofintegrabilityfora nonlinear evolutionequation can beregarded asapre-test and the first stepofitsexact solvability. With the continuousdevelopmentofintegrablesystem,thereare manysignificant properties, suchas Painlevetest,Infinite conservation laws, Hamiltonianstructure,Laxpairs, Inversescatteringtransformation, infinite symmetries that cancharacterizeintegrabilityof nonlinear equations.This papermainlydescribes theproperties of Bell polynomialsand the relationship betweenHirota bilinearoperator andit. Then this method isapplied to the classical KP equation and the variablecoefficient(2+1)dimensionalgeneralized breaking soliton equation.Thelayout of this paper is as follows.Inchapter 1, we brieflyintroducethedevelopment historyof soliton andsome methods to achievetheexact solutionsofnonlinear evolution equations, then we givethemain topicof this article.Inchapter 2, weestablish the relationship betweenHirota bilinear operatorand Bell polynomial based on thestudyof theirrelated properties.Inchapter 3, based onDimensional analysis and symbolic computation, we extendBell polynomial and theHirota bilinearmethod tothe classical KPequation and the variable coefficient (2+1)dimensional generalizedbreakingsoliton equation.
