AbstractRecently,E-commercehasdevelopedrapidlyinChina.Ithasaffectedand changedpeople’swayofshopping.Ithasexpandeddeeplyintotherelatedlinksofthe socialproduction.B2CisatypeofE-commercewhichstartedearlier.Ithasmade rapidprogress.Nowadays,alargenumberofpowerfulB2Ce-commerceenterprises appear.Atfirst,theseenterprisescompetedinthefactorslikeproductclassification, type,price,qualityandsoon.Whenthefactorsarenotcompetitiveinthemarketany more,thelogisticsbecomesanothercompetitivepriority.Theenterpriseschoose differentlogisticsmodenotonlybecauseitisakindofbusinessmodelbutit’salsoa meansofcompetition.Theselectionoflogisticsmodebecomesakeypointwhich enterprises need to focuson.Thewriterintroducesthebasictheoryofe-commerceandlogistics,andthe influencesoneachotheratfirst.Andthen,thewriterstudiesonthetypicallogistics modeoftheself-runlogisticsmode,thethirdpartylogisticsmodeandthemixed logisticsmode.Sheanalyzestheiradvantagesanddisadvantagesseparately.Next,the writertakesJDandT-mallasatypicalexampleoftheself-runlogisticsandthethird partylogistics.Accordingtothecollectedinformationcollected,thewriterproposes theconjecturesandhypothesisonthelogisticsmodetheychoose.Later,sheanalyzes thedatatoverifytheauthenticityoftheseconjecturesandhypothesis.Finally,the conclusionisthatduetothestrategictargetofdifferentiationstrategy,JDchoosesthe self-runlogisticsmode.Bytakingthisdifferentiationstrategy,JDsavesalotof logistics cost, increases its market share and achieves the ultimate goal of profit.Key words:E-commerceB2CTheself-run logisticsThethird party logisticsThemixed logisticsIII目录选题的依据与意义........................................................................................................1国内外文献资料综述...................................................................................................21绪论....................................................................................................................................51.1 研究背景和目的.................................................
