After analyzing why the Olympics has been absent from Africa, the study systematically explores the possibility of the Olympics being held in Africa in theory and reality. Some constructive proposals are presented on the possible practical means and models to win the bid after foreseeing how the Olympics can set foot on the continent.The researching results are as follows:The Olympic Rings Flag symbolizes the unification of all the continents on the earth --- Europe, Asia, America, Oceania and Africa. The blue ring stands for Europe, the black for Africa, the green for Oceania, the red for America, and the yellow for Asia. 29 Olympic Games have been held in the past century, most of which are held in the countries of Europe and America that are relatively developed in economy, culture, science and technology, even twice in some develop countries, while surprisingly the Olympics has never set foot on this continent. The causes for this unfair phenomenon are poor natural, economic, cultural, scientific and political conditions, as well as the limitation of the city selection rules and assessment criteria.There is great possibility for the Olympics to be held in Africa on both practical and theoretical basis and there are conditions and opportunities as well to make it into reality.
