AbstractObject: To discuss the relative influence factors about hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapy complications.Methods: 1 、 Retrospective analysis and summarize of the patients with liver cancer in the InterventionCenter of the first affiliated hospital of Shihezi University from March 2010 to December 2012 were proceeded. The patients were cured only by TACE, without combine surgical treatment, TAI, TAE, PEIT and other treatments. A total of 103 patients were selected, male 76 cases, female 27 cases, the age was from 30 to 70, and the average age was 57.64±11.97. 2 、 Surgical Equipment ： The catheter and microcatheter were made from American COOK corporation or Japan Terumo Medical Corporation. The Innova 3100 digital subtraction angiography was made from American GE company. The Iopromide was made from Bayer Bitterfeld GmbH. 3、After TACE treatment, four complications were recorded, that were the fever, gastrointestinal reaction, liver damage and myelosuppression. To analysis the differences in the AFP group, Child-Pugh group, the tumor shape group and the tumor blood supply group. P ＜ 0.05 was taken as statistically significant.Results: The total incidence of postoperative Patients with fever was 82.5%, the total incidence of gastrointestinal reaction was 82.5%, the total rate of liver damage was 61.2% and the myelosuppression rate was 25.2%. There were no significant differences found in the four complications in AFP group(p ＞ 0.05). But in the Child-Pugh group, obvious differences were found in gastrointestinal reaction, liver damage and myelosuppression (p＜0.05), no significant differences in the fever(p＞0.05). And also in the tumor shape group and the tumor blood supply group, statistically significant differences were found in the fever, gastrointestinal reaction and liver damage(p ＜ 0.05), no significant differences in the myelosuppression.Conclusion: There were no significant differences found in the complications of the fever, gastrointestin
