摘 要 摘 要 网络为代表的新媒介技术促使了整个人类社会的信息化，城市作为社会经济发展的 集中表现也必然要从工业社会的城市转向信息社会的城市。当一个城市跟上了信息化的 步伐，城市的各方面都会因此而得到快速的发展越来越繁荣。中国可持续发展小组组长 牛文元曾说一个百万人口的城市，在其他投入不变的情况下，只要数字化水平达到“基 本运用”的程度，GDP就可以增加2.5～3倍，城市的形象和竞争力也将大幅提升，可见 数字化的力量。 中国互联网的发展正日益融入公众的生活。互联网技术对宣传信息的数字化处理过 程，昭示了在其他领域也将迎来数字化的变革，从这个意义上说，网络传播的发展和城 市数字化具有共性的一面。正是这种共性，使得互联传播对城市数字化具有其他传统媒 介所不具有的推动作用。 城市的网络传播能力可由城市内部机构的自主传播（如政府门户网站，企业网站， 地方旅游网站等的建设情况）和城市在网络中的客观影响力两个方面表现，它是城市信 息化水平的最直观体现。数字化城市广义上讲，是指城市的信息化，是用数字化的手段 来处理、分析和管理整个城市。它涉及电子政务、电子商务乃至地理信息系统等方方面 面，用一句时髦的话说就是“e-everything”。 本文采用实证的研究方法，运用统计学工具，利用社会学统计软件spss，对网络传 播对城市综合实力的相关性进行了首次试验性的研究，得到的结果与以往专家学者对网 络传播的期许基本吻合。为研究网络传播发展开辟了一条新的路径，希望引起更多研究 者的共同关注。 关键词 网络传播 数字城市 实证研究 I Abstract Abstract New media technologies, being symbolized by Internet, have promoted the whole human society development. The city, on mainly behave of social economic development, will be bound to change from an industrialized city to informational one. When a city can keep up with the step of the information society, it is affirmed that all aspects of the city will get speediness development. Niu wenyuan, director of sustain development group of China, said that a city’s GDP can grow 2.5-3 times higher in a condition that remains the original level of all other investment and keep its digital level to a basic application status.
