经方白虎加人参汤和赤石脂禹余粮汤治疗小儿重症支原体肺炎伴重度腹泻1例经验总结 　　[摘要]支原体肺炎又称原发性非典型肺炎、冷凝集阳性肺炎，为“非典型肺炎”中的一种，是由肺炎支原体感染引起的、呈间质性肺炎及毛细支气管炎样改变，占儿童社区获得性肺炎的10%～40%，肺部病变呈融合性支气管肺炎、间质性肺炎，伴支气管炎，肺泡有少量炎症渗出物，并可发生灶性肺不张、肺实变和肺气肿。小儿支原体肺炎是小儿科常见病、多发病，也是危害小儿健康的常见病因，目前西医治疗并不理想，易复发。本文应用经方白虎加人参汤和赤石脂禹余粮汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎伴有重度腹泻，效果显著，用药简便、价廉。通过对这则案例的分析介绍，笔者希望能够在临床工作中准确应用经方处理疑难危急重症，增强对疑难杂症的中医辨证治疗。 　　[关键词]经方；白虎加人参汤；赤石脂禹余粮汤；小儿支原体肺炎；重度腹泻 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-472105-0170-03 　　[Abstract]Mycoplasma pneumonia is also known as primary atypical pneumonia，and condensing pneumonia，is one of atypical pneumonia，caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae ，characterized by interstitial pneumonia and bronchiolitis changes，which accounts for 10% to 40% of community-acquired pneumonia in children，the pulmonary lesion showed confluent bronchopneumonia，interstitial pneumonia，accompanied by bronchitis.There is a small amount of inflammatory exudate in the alveoli，which may involve focal atelectasis，consolidation of the lung，and emphysema.Mycoplasma pneumonia in children is a common and frequently occurring disease in children，it is also a common cause of the harm to children′s health.At present，western medicine treatment is not ideal，and it is easy to relapse.In this paper，the effect of classical prescription Baihu Decoction with Ginseng combined with Halloysite and Limonite Decoction in the treatment of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia with severe diarrhea is significant，medication is simple and inexpensive.Through the analysis and introduction of the case，the author hopes to work accurately in clinical application of classical prescriptions to deal with difficult and critical illness，and enhance Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of difficult miscellaneous diseases. 　　[Key words]Classical prescription；Baihu Decoction with Ginseng；Halloysite and Limonite Decoction；Mycoplasma pneumonia in children；Severe diarrhea 　　?方的含义包括：汉以前临床医方著作及方剂的泛称，《汉书“方技略”：“经方十一家，二百七十四卷。经方者，本草石之寒温，量疾病之浅深，假药味之滋，因气感之宜，辨五苦六辛，致水火之齐，以通闭结，反之于
