摘 要 电子商务是Internet爆炸式发展的直接产物,是网络技术应用的全新发展方向。电子商务所具有的开放性、全球性、低成本、高效率的特点，使得电子商务大大超越了作为一种新的贸易形式所具有的价值,它不仅会改变企业本身的生产、经营、管理活动,而且将影响到整个社会的经济运行与结构。而网上购物作为电子商务的一部分，在整个社会经济中同样起着举足轻重的作用。另外，网上购物作为一种新兴的商业模式，与传统购物模式有很大差别，主要优势在于价格便宜，购物方便和品种丰富。目前我国网上购物的水平还远远落后于欧美西方发达国家，而且发展速度相对缓慢。主要是因为在整个网上购物的发展过程中存在很多瓶颁，严重制约了我国电子商务的发展。 本系统是一个基于B/S模式的网上鲜花销售系统，它的实现主要用到的关键技术有： Active Server Page(ASP)；HTML和VBScript；Access 2000等。 整个论文就此系统的实现过程进行了详细全面的论述。首先对电子商务的基础知识和系统开发环境进行了阐述。其次依照软件生命周期法则进行了需求分析和系统分析，其中包括系统业务流程分析和数据库的分析设计。最后是系统设计和系统实施。基本实现了一个简易电子商务网站的基本功能。 关键字： ASP Access B2C模式 鲜花销售 电子商务 Abstract The electronic commerce is the Internet detonation type development direct product, is the network technology application brand-new development direction.
