知识型员工薪酬激励策略探讨论文

摘 要 知识型员工的薪酬激励是个有理论意义和现实意义的话题,当今时代已经进入知识经济时代,推动社会经济发展的资本不再是农业社会的土地和工业社会的货币,而是知识资本。掌握知识资本的知识型员工成为社会经济发展的关键资源。如何有效地管理知识型员工,了解他们的需求,发掘、利用和发展知识型员工的创造力和潜能,提高他们的工作热情,成为知识经济时代人力资源管理的重点。因此,研究知识型员工的激励问题,并积极构建一个面向知识型员工的激励模式,就显得尤为重要。在阅读大量关于知识型员工管理和激励的相关著作以及参考国内外文献的基础上,针对这个问题,本文对在知识经济时代背景下知识型员工的现状、存在问题、形成原因进行了分析;然后分析了知识型员工的需求,对知识型员工激励的模式设计基于全面薪酬战略理论提出在满足知识经济时代的需要前提下,建立一套适合中国国情的知识型员工薪酬激励模式,有效的吸引和激励知识型员工。 关键词:知识型员工,薪酬,激励 ABSTRACT Knowledge worker incentive compensation is a theoretical significance and practical significance of the topic in the current era has entered the era of knowledge economy, promoting socio-economic development of the capital is no longer agricultural land and industrial society of social currency, but intellectual capital.
