深圳Richwave IC一级代理 RTC6906 V0.3 Data Sheet Jul 2005 DESCRIPTION The RTC6906 is a MMIC consisting of the power amplifier, antenna switch and low noise down-conversion mixer. The ICs of power amplifier and low noise down-conversion mixer are fabricated in Silicon-Germanium (SiGe) technology to operate in 1.9 GHz band, compatible with PHS system. The antenna switch is a GaAs SPDT operating at DC ~ 2.5 GHz. The RTC6906 is packaged in a small 26-pin SON(Small Outline No-lead).
