摘 要 近年来，国家逐步加大对教育系统发展的投入规模，同时随着国家进一步加强对信息化发展的要求，教育系统迎来了全方位信息化的发展契机。教师档案管理教育系统发展的基础，。 本课题正是出于这种考虑，在对传统教育系统中教师档案管理模式进行深入的调查研究以后，结合最新的信息化管理理念，提出的可行性。本课题基于一种注重发展教师个体的教育制度和建立教师专业化的根本的前提下，发展基于网络的教师发展档案袋出现必然的这种必然行得益于现阶段对于新的课堂定位、教学理念新的发展以及国家的深入探讨二出现，档案袋的提出改善教师的具有深远的意义，基于此，采用先进的软件工程理念和先进的计算机技术，给出一套能有效解决实际问题的教师档案袋解决方案。结合笔者的工作经验，本次课题主要采用了J2EE平台来实现。解决教师档案袋问题中的主要贡献：深入分析教师档案袋在实际操作过程中的整个业务流程为档案袋的开发设计实现做基础；通过全套解决方案的提供，本次课题实现了一套可行的教师档案袋，结合先进的教师档案管理理念，本次课题有效的改善了教师档案管理的效率。 最后，建立在深入的调查研究的基础之上，本次课题提供的教师档案解决方案，经过实际测试环节，其可靠性得到了实实在在的考验，在局部范围的应用中得到了肯定。 In recent years, the state gradually increase the scale of investment in the development of education system, and with the country to further strengthen the requirements of information technology development, the education system has ushered in a full range of information technology development opportunities.
