About: this doc provides Baidu Product Center API descriptions and xml sample for the use of
guiding users to fill in the product item info, as well as the feed preparation.
1.Updating Product Info
You can schedule a 15mins/daily/weekly update, or manually upload an xml file. ‘Increment’
or ’total’ updating configuration could be applied, which don’t change/invalidate the product
when deleted in its belonging feed.
2.Product Items
1）Required Items
Required Items includes the basic definitions of one product. The content should be full filled as
the bellowing requirements.

2 ）Optional items
Optional items are the supplement of the product information, like the style, sale time,
whether major or not, involved product line, etc. Optional items is used to enrich the
material for advertising, furthermore improve the effect of display. Thus abundant filling
out is highly recommended.
