内容 提 要 论文引论部分指出游牧民族生活习惯，对于大蒙古国蜂站建立具有很大的影 响，而中国中央王朝传统邮骚制度，对大蒙古国骚站建立起的作用反而极其微弱， 致使大蒙古国以至于有元一代骚站管理极其粗疏。论文上篇对于元代异站的各种 职能作了详尽的叙述，条分缕析一目了然。在大蒙古国时期，商人使用骚站虽然 非法但却是常见的现象。入元以后骆站使用中突出问题是诸王令旨驰异与西番僧 人滥用骚站。在骤站使用这章中还对元代异站使用的各种规章制度做了归纳，并 对骚站使用中官吏的各种拘私舞弊行为做了较为全面考察。元代释站管理制度虽 然有许多缺憾，但是总体看来，这些规章制度保证了骚站的运行，使骚站发挥了 应有的作用。该部分涉及元代蜂站管理的许多细节问题，诸如乘释凭证的发放及 形制变化、释馆修建及释馆规模、饮食供应物资的来源及饮食标准的变化等，并 对以前学者论及元代蜂站时忽略的小铺马、骤路安全保障、长行使臣等问题做了 尽可能详尽的勾勒。论文上篇中还对元代急递铺传递公文中的几个问题做了讨 论。在论文上篇关于邮骚制度的讨论中，澄清了一些对元代邮骚模糊的、似是而 非的认识。论文下篇考释了部分骚站路线，如元代上都、大都之间的交通，在吸 取了前人研究成果的基础上，对于描述释路沿途风土人情的诗文做了汇集，使读 者对两都之间交通线路有更形象的认识。本部分还对元代由大都出发去往中南、 西南、东南地区的干线骚路，以及江浙行省境内的释路，做了尽可能准确的考述， 使读者对于元代内地的交通路线有一个较为明晰的认识。 关键词:大蒙古国 元朝 骚站 急递铺 骚路 Abstract Thethesisconsistsofthreeparts.Intheintroduction,theinfluencesonthe establishmentoftheJamchisystemofYekeMongholUlusareanalyzed.Thecustoms ofanomadicsocietyhadproducedastronginfluenceontheestablishmentofthe Jamehisystematthattime,whiletheinfluencefromtheancienttraditionofCathayan postandtrafficstationsystemintheformerdynastieswhichbasedoncentralization ofstatepowerwasratherweak.Theseinfluencesmightexplainwhythemanagement oftheJamchisystemofYekeMongholUlusandeventhewholeYuanDynastywas quitecareless.ThefunctionsoftheJamchisysteminYuandynastyisdescribedin detailinPartOne.Therearemanyproblemsexistedatthattime.Itisrathercommon formerchantsofYekeMongholUlususingJamchisystem,thoughillegal.InYuan Dynasty,theprominentquestionsarethattheprincesorderedtheJamchistooffer servicesfortheirpersonalaffairsandthatmonksfromTibetabusedJamchis.Related rulesandregulationsaboutthesystemareobserved.Theofficialswrongdoingsin servingtheirprivatepurposesarediscussedinPartOnetoo.Althoughthe managementoftheJamchisystemofYuanDynastyisveryimperfect,itisenoughto guaranteetheoperationofthewholesystemsothatitplayeditsproperrole.Many concretemattersconcerningtheoperationoftheJamchisystemofYuanDynastyare analyzedinthispart,suchasthedis
