案例教学法在地方院校法理学课程中的应用研究 ——以邵阳学院政法系法学专业为例 费世军 （邵阳学院政法系，湖南邵阳） 摘要：法理学是学习法学的入门理论学科，但一些地方院校法理学课程受传统讲授法、教学内容及就业状况等因素影响，法理学教学得不到应有的重视，学生的学习积极性不高，并严重影响到法理学课程的生命力。案例教学法有助于引导学生从个案理解抽象的法理，培养法律思维；有助于提高学生判断、分析和解决问题的能力；有助于培养学生的参与意识，提升学习兴趣。相较于传统讲授法，案例教学法对教师、学生提出了更高要求，并要求教师精选能适应教学所需的经典案例、地方典型案例及虚构案例。法理学课堂实施案例教学法应遵循讲解原理和法律规范、展示案例与课堂论辩、课堂提问并评析总结、布置作业以巩固学习等步骤。 关键词：案例教学法；地方院校；法理学；应用研究 Case Teaching Method Applied in Local Colleges’ Jurisprudence Class ----Taking Shaoyang University as an Example (Department of political science and law,Shaoyang University, Hunan Shaoyang, ), Abstract: Jurisprudence is to learn the theory of legal science, but some local college course of jurisprudence is influenced by traditional teaching method, the teaching contents and the employment situation, the Jurisprudence Teaching ignored, the students learning enthusiasm is not high, and seriously affected the course of jurisprudence. Case teaching method is helpful to guide the students from the case to understand abstract legal culture, legal thinking ability; helpful to improve the students judgment, analysis and problem solving ability; and helpful to cultivate students sense of participation, improve the learning interest. Compared with the traditional teaching method, case teaching method put forward higher requirements for teachers, students, and teachers can adapt to the classical case selection, teaching the necessary local typical cases and fictional case. The implementation of case teaching method in jurisprudence class should follow the principle of legal norms, and explain the display case and classroom debate, classroom questioning and assessment summary, homework to consolidate learning.
