社区低碳建设系统与碳足迹评价研究 2011-02-25 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 摘要 随着全球面临气候变暖的严峻挑战,国际社会对于气候变化和节能减排日益关 注,向低碳经济转型是世界经济的发展趋势。在社区规划建设过程中,通过改变传 统的建设模式、消费模式和生活方式,运用建筑节能技术,以低碳发展为发展方向, 以碳中和技术为发展方法,是实现社区建设低碳化的主要途径。 论文以低碳经济理论、可持续发展理论为指导,运用系统工程理论相关内容对 社区低碳建设系统进行分析,构建了社区低碳建造系统和社区低碳使用管理系统框 架。并结合碳足迹理论相关方法,建立了社区建设碳足迹评价模型。第一章:阐述论文研究目的与意义,同时提出支持本文研究的理论基础和在理 论框架指导下所运用的基本方法,以及该领域国内外研究的状况和发展趋势。 第二章:讨论了社区低碳建造系统的基本概念,提出了社区低碳建造系统的定 义,分析了社区低碳建造系统的主要特征,依次构建了低碳社区规划设计子系统、 低碳社区建筑建造子系统、低碳社区设施建设子系统,设计了社区低碳建造系统的 总体框架。 第三章:对社区低碳使用管理活动进行分析,进而构建社区低碳使用管理系统。 依次构建了低碳社区建筑使用子系统、低碳社区设施管理子系统、低碳社区居民家 庭子系统和低碳社区公众参与子系统。 第四章:在社区低碳建造系统和使用管理系统构建的基础上,构建社区低碳建 设碳足迹评价模型,并结合实际项目进行实证分析,昀终提出社区建设低碳化对策 建议。昀后对本文研究工作提出了结论与展望。关键词:社区 低碳建设 系统 碳足迹 评价 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract With the challenge of global warming, the international community has paid more attention to the impacts of climate change and energy-saving emission reductionTransition to low-carbon economy is the world’s economic trends.
